Elixir Plas T Cote [HENG's Alkyd Roof Coating] is a non-asphalt coating for aluminum and galvanized roofs. It contains long fibers, titanium pigments and non-drying resins. Both coatings conform to and protect roofs against all weather conditions. These Alkyd Fibered Roof Coatings have excellent acoustical and insulating qualities. It stays flexible to contract and expand with roof seams. This product covers 40-50 sq. ft. per gallon and you apply with a brush or roller. It is not for use on homes with asphalt or rubber roofing.
