The top rail allows for a steadier climb. This is the ideal step ladder for the elderly or anyone who has problems climbing. It has an open and close assist handle that eliminates finger pinching and folds flat for easy storage.
Use it in the kitchen to reach those top shelves or in your RV to change out the wiper blades. It's made of lightweight steel with a platinum finish giving it strength enough to handle 250 pounds but only weighs 7 pounds! Folded dimensions are 6" x 19" x 53"
