CargoBuckle Retractable Tie-Down System - Packaged

The CargoBuckle Professional-Grade Retractable ratcheting tie down strap offers a great system for tying down and securing yoru bike. Simply extend the strap, place the rubberized hook on your bike's frame (or use one of the soft fabric strap adapters sold separately), ratchet it tight, and go. What happens when you hit a speed bump or rail road tracks?  When your bike's suspension compresses, the spring-loaded CargoBuckles automatically tighten so you're not left with a loose strap, or a bike laying on its side.  Cargo Buckles can easily be mounted with one bolt on a trailer, toy hauler , truck, and tons of other applications.
