Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs

Item 96-1234 | MFR# 2071

One of the main advantages offered to you by the Ride-Rite air helper springs is that they help in improving brake effectiveness and steering of your vehicle. They will also reduce tire wear, reduce bottoming out with air cushions that are between the frame and axle, level headlight beams, absorb road shock, match your vehicles load, and keep leaf springs from sagging to give you an overall improved ride. The Firestone Ride-Rite springs have been designed to reduce the strain on your vehicle and increase safety, when you're towing a heavy trailer or hauling a heavy load. The springs work with the existing rear suspension system that ensures your vehicle has increased stability, maintains even load distribution, and keeps it level. When you're towing a heavy trailer or hauling heavy loads the front end of the vehicle rises and the rear end sags. That reduces contact between the front tires and the road, while putting strain on the rear axle, and this leads to problems with traction, braking and steering control. When you add air springs to rear suspension, the handling and braking of your vehicle will improve as it will remain level. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs also reduce wear on your tires and helps level your headlight beams for improved driving performance on the road.
